DAF Sludge Storage Tanks 

DAF Sludge Storage Tanks can be used for a variety of applications. The most common application is the blending and homogenization of highly concentrated primary, secondary or digested sludge. Various solutions are used to mix the sludge itself based on the volume and type of sludge with the dosed thickening chemicals. Transfer pumps are generally used for the sludge dewatering process. 

Customised DAF Sludge Storage Tanks 

These bespoke sludge holding tanks and wastewater storage tanks and solutions are used for a diverse cross-section of clients. Being moulded tanks, we can weld fittings, sockets, flanges and pipework to these tanks. Racking ports allow the draining of the water off the sludge while leaving the sediment in the bottom of the cone tank.  

DAF Effluent Sludge Storage Tanks 

These UK manufactured cone bottom tanks for wastewater treatment processes are supplied direct from stock for fast delivery. This UV stabilised water tanks are designed to work with a dissolved air flotation DAF system and coagulation and flocculation treatment systems.

Conical Sludge Tanks – Equipment Mounting & Customisation  

These dished based or conical tanks are available with customised fittings to connect to water treatment pipework. Manufactured as polyethene tanks mean that BSP inlets, outlets, PN16 and ANSI flanges as well as vents, liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes and suction pipes are available.
