Please ensure that the tank or product you are ordering from Enduramaxx is the correct size, specification and suitable for the purpose. Special order, bespoke, or non-stock tanks are not returnable. If you order a tank and find that it is too big, too small, or not suitable for your requirements it can be expensive to return it.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges to Mainland England and Wales are worked out at the check-out stage.
Although we deliver to most of the UK, there may be additional shipping costs to Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Collection
All our tanks are available for collection “ex works” between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please call 01778 301 530 to arrange a mutually convenient time if you wish to collect.
Special deliveries
For special deliveries, please ring the team on 01778 301 530.
Offloading
Offloading is the responsibility of the customer and extreme care should be taken when unloading the tank. Improper handling can damage the tank and fittings. When dealing with large tanks, it is advisable to use a crane for lifting them off the delivery lorry.
RETURNS
If you change your mind, you are able to return eligible items.

Tanks in colour options other than black, such as blue, natural, and dark green, are considered as bespoke items and are non-refundable. Similarly, non-standard outlets are also non-refundable.
