2,000 Litre Open Bund Chemical Tank

Enduramaxx’s 2,000 Litre Open Bund Chemical Tank has been specifically designed with pollution control in mind. The outer tank contains a minimum of 110% volume of the inner tank to protect from leakage and overfilling. Simply put, a bunded tank is a tank within a tank.

Constructed using corrosion resistant, UV stabilised high-density food grade polyethene and designed for the containment of liquids up to a Specific Gravity of 2 our bunded tanks help customers conform to relevant regulations.

WRAS / Food Grade Bunded Tank for foodstuffs

Our bunded tanks are WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approved in PE and PP in black, blue, and natural. These polymers also carry a certificate for contact with food.

Chemical Storage Tanks for up to 2.0 SG

All our bunded chemical storage tanks are suitable for use with solutions where the SG (Specific Gravity) does not exceed an SG of 1.5. For chemicals and fertilisers heavier than this we can manufacture each size of the tank with an increased wall thickness to for use with solutions with an SG up to 2.0.

Double Walled Chemical Storage Tanks with Secondary Containment

To ensure legislative compliance bunded tanks, or double-walled chemical storage tanks, offer the same internal storage capacity as the single skin tank. The area between the inner and outer tank provides a confinement space that can contain the liquid within the tank should it become compromised.

A compliant chemical storage tank with a reduced footprint compared to a traditional bund tank saving on civil works for permanent condiment pit or sump around a tank.

Pipework & Flanges for Customisation & Equipment Mounting

This bunded chemical tank can be customised with customised fittings and flanges to connect to fittings and pipework for existing water treatment, dosing and systems.

Polypropylene Bunded Tanks

These bunded tanks are available manufactured from polypropylene. Polypropylene is used for aggressive acids or oxidising chemicals and is available in black and natural priced upon request.

Our 2,000 litre bunded chemical storage tanks are manufactured by Enduramaxx at our factory in Lincolnshire. A number of these chemical tanks are in stock for collection or quick delivery through the UK.
