Primary Settlement Tanks for Stone Cutting Wastewater

Primary settlement tanks are used in the initial stages of water treatment processes. In these tanks, solid particles simply settle at the bottom of the tank, from where they can be removed.

Primary settlement tank features;

• High-level flanged inlet
• Centre diffuser pipe
• 30, 45 or 60-degree cone
• Flanged drain in the cone of the tank
• Optional high-level overflow weir
• Optional racking outlet at the top of the cone

Full Drain Sludge Tanks

Shallow base sludge tanks are available up 30,000 litres with a shallow base. These tanks are used as storage tanks, dump tanks or equalisation tanks and often fitted with a mixer or agitator to keep solids in suspension.
