6,000 Litre Sprayer Water Tank for arable farmers
Enduramaxx’s 6,000 Litre Sprayer Water Tank is designed to be used as a buffer holding water tanks tank for crop spraying and other uses around the farm. These plastic water tanks hold water for crop spraying and help save time for farmers and sprayer constructors when filling the sprayer. With sprayers getting bigger, consideration needs to be given to reducing time spent filling up sprayers from the main as on a lot of farms the mains water pressure is lower.
This self-supporting vertical cylindrical tank is rotationally moulded from UV stabilised MDPE medium density polyethene. This high-quality tank guarantees strength impacts resistance and durability and UV Stabilised for outside use.

Do Sprayer Water Tanks need to meet Fluid Category 5?
Like with many installations around the farm a sprayer tank is often required to be category 5 approved when connected to the mains water supply. Category 5 installations are designed to prevent backflow from a holding tank into the main water supply.
This will often be the case where there is a dual supply to the tank such as rainwater harvesting or a borehole. Often tanks can be fitted with backflow prevention systems to reduce the risk of contamination within a factory or process.
More details on tank installations that come under this are available here.
Can sprayer tanks be used for rainwater harvesting?
Sprayer water tanks are often used in conjunction with rainwater harvesting. Rainwater harvesting is a way to collect rainwater that falls on the roof of barns and sheds saving money on mains supply water. These tanks are available with a range of rainwater filters for collecting moss and leaves.
Potable Water Storage Tanks
Our tanks can be manufactured as drinking water tanks which are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme). These potable tanks are available in black, boat blue or natural.
Sprayer Tank Customisation
These water tanks for sprayers often require a mains valve, outlet tap and camlock or hose tail fittings. Depending on the size of the sprayer, water pipe fittings are available from 25mm (1”) to 100mm (4”) along with additional venting to save a vacuum in the tank.
Premix Sprayer Bowsers
These horizontal tanks or premix spryer bowsers are often used in conjunction with a vertical water tank to help save farmers and sprayer contractors time.
Spray contractors have long used bowsers, and by many taking on more land miles away from their base, sprayer bowsers can increase output so by sprayer by up to 25% according to agrochemical manufacturer Syngenta by reducing the time spent filling up.

Rust Deposits in Spray Lines
2nd hand or used metal tanks can be picked up cheaply however the older a metal tank gets, the risk of rust inside the tank increases. Rust deposits in spray lines can block the fine nozzles giving an uneven spray pattern. Assembling spray lines and washing through can take an immense amount of time, often running in several hours or a day resulting in many acres of fields unsprayed.
Heavy Duty Storage Tanks for Liquid Fertilizer
Although these sprayer water tanks are designed for water storage, we also have a range of heavy-duty tank range up to 30,000 litres. Our range of fertiliser tanks are designed to store liquids up to 1.5 SG and enable farmers to order bulk loads as the preferred and most economical way.
These fertiliser tanks have thicker walls than sprayer water tanks as 20,000 litres of liquid fertiliser can weigh up to 28,000 kilos rather than 20,000 kilos of water.
