Airtight lids will reduce the possible contamination of the product by airborne bacteria and other organisms.

Equipment mounting and customisation of these Fermentation & Conditioning Tanks include welded fittings, sockets and flanges.  Advantages of these high quality welded fittings result in easier cleaning over traditional tank connections as there are no gaskets to harbour germs. These tank connectors also allow a full drain of the liquid in the tank. 

Racking Ports for Brewing Tanks 

Our conical bottom tanks are available with racking ports that are used at the end of the brewing process or fermentation process. Racking ports allow draining of the beer, cider or wine while leaving the sediment in the bottom of the brewery tank or fermentation vessels.
