Tanks for Water, Wastewater & Chemicals

Our tanks for water, wastewater & chemicals are rotationally moulded from high-quality polyethene and are a one-piece, seamless moulding. As a result, our standard tanks are available as water tanks and the thicker wall industrial and chemical grade tanks. These tanks are resistant to many chemicals, food-safe and UV-stabilized and the UV-stabilized polyethene enables these tasks to be sited outside.

These tanks have raised flat areas around the tank for mounting of fittings, flanges, overflows, and pipework.  These storage tanks in PE have an operating temperature from -20 ° C to + 40° C and up to 60 deg C in PP depending on the product being stored.  With all chemical storage tanks, we advise the client checks the suitability of what is being stored in the tank with the material of the tank and with relevant guidelines.  All chemical tanks are available in natural-transparent (opaque white) and black for light-sensitive chemicals and water.   Other colours are available upon request such as green, grey, blue and red.

Our Water, Wastewater & Chemical Tank Range

Dosing Tanks, Day Tanks & Bunds

Enduramaxx’s Chemical Dosing Tanks available from 50 litres to 1500 litres. Anyone who works with chemicals needs to store them safely and these moulded PE or PP Dosing Tanks are specifically designed for use within the water treatment, purification, chemical dosing and storage applications.

Chemical tank bunds are larger than the volume of the chemical tank it is holding so they can contain the full contents of the tanks if it becomes comprised.  Each bund for the chemical tanks is designed to work with the volume of one of our dosing tanks.  The 172702 200 litre tank is designed to stand inside the 172702-Bun 220-litre bund tank which has a volume of 110% of the 200-litre dosing tank.

Water Storage tank

Our water storage tanks are available from 50 litres to 30,000 litres.  In comparison to steel or GRP tanks of a similar capacity, these, polyethene containers are lightweight and easier to move for transport and installation.  These tanks are available in over 60 sizes and can all be transported by standard trucks in the UK.

Our water tank range is split into several groups of products as follows;

  • Rainwater Tanks - For businesses and industry, the uses of round rainwater tanks for rainwater harvesting remain the same as domestic, including laundry, watering gardens, toilet flushing and cleaning. Water for businesses is becoming an increasingly expensive proposition with sewerage and trade effluent charges rising and an efficient rainwater harvesting system can help reduce costs by as much as 50% when it is combined with other water-saving measures.

  • Industrial Water Tanks - Our Industrial Water Tanks are available from 50 to 30,000 litres with increased wall thickness for liquids of specific gravities of 1.5 SG – 2 SG can be stored as well as being customised with fittings and flanges.  These plastic water tanks are rotationally moulded and available in PE and PP for storage of different chemicals and UV stabilised for many years of outside use.  These tanks are also available as WRAS approved storage tanks.

  • Fire Sprinkler Tanks - Polyethene tanks have a distinct advantage over steel tanks as they will not rust and are very easy to maintain. Polyethene fire sprinkler tanks are also very adaptable and can be fitted with numerous connection options to suit most installations.  Our water supply tanks for automatic sprinkler systems come in a wide range of tank sizes depending on the volume of water that is required.

  • Non-Potable / Process Water Tanks - For rainwater applications, water storage tanks allow storage of water for agricultural sprayers, water for dairy parlour washdown. Rainwater harvesting filters filter out the leaves and moss from the water and runs to a drain or soakaway minimising leaves and sediment on the tank. Part fill valves are available to ensure a buffer of water is always on the tank.

  • Category 5 Water Tanks The installation and use of cold water storage tanks connected to the public water supply must comply with Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 in England and Wales and the technically identical Scottish Water Byelaws. In order to meet these requirements, Fluid Category 5 Break Tanks must be used in this instance.

Each tank is manufactured with a bund surrounding the chemical storage tank. These Bunded Tanks are available up to 30,000 litres.

Conical Tanks

Conical tanks are unique in that their contents discharge completely through a cone point at the centre of their base, instead of an outlet further up on the side of the tank. Their cone base and smooth internal walls ensure complete discharge. This has clear advantages for food production, manufacturing, and farming applications.

Enduramaxx cone bottom tanks provide a unique solution with choices of a 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60-degree cone. This cone angle ensures maximum performance, with even the most vicious liquids not building up inside the tank. Cone tanks are available up to 30,000 litres.

Open Top Tanks

Enduramaxx’s Open Top tanks are available in a range of 20 sizes with a choice of either 1.1 SG or 1.5 SG and are constructed so as to have a consistent wall thickness and chemical resistance. These plastic tanks are ideal for the blending of or containment of liquids. open-top tanks are used for a number of mixing, settlement, clarification applications.  Silos for liquids for industrial and decanting applications.

Plastic Storage Silos

Plastic Granular Storage Silo Tanks known as IBC Tanks or Intermediate Bulk Container Tanks are reusable industrial containers for the storage of dry powders, pellets & granules including powdered cement and are available in a range of 17 sizes. Effluent Sludge Settlement Tanks

Enduramaxx manufacture tanks for Effluent Sludge Settlement Tanks from either Polypropylene or High-Density Polyethylene which are selected to suit your specific application. Sludge is a thick soft mud or other viscous liquids is typically the by-product of wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater solids and settled suspension from potable water treatment. It often contains various types of pathogens as well as heavy contaminants, in the case of industrial waste, chemical pollutants. Sludge contaminated by chemical pollutants or heavy metals, demands complex treatment. Other applications are sludge settlement tanks on small sewage treatment plants, the concentration of food and agricultural waste for anaerobic digestion.

Mixer Tanks

Mixer storage vessels play a crucial role in material supply and product holding. In many instances, the temperature, pressure and equalisation of the substances contained within this vessel are vital for material durability, hygiene, safety and quality. Agitators are often applied to assist these processes. Bulk storage tanks are adopted by a range of industries, including chemical, petrochemical refining to pharmaceutical products.

Slimline Water Tanks

Designed for space restrictive locations these slimline plastic water storage tanks are rotationally moulded for uses throughout the agricultural, commercial, domestic, horticultural, industrial and irrigation markets.
