Conical Water Tanks which Completely Drain

The conical water tanks which completely drains are the ideal solution for applications that require complete drainage and are a necessity for efficient processing of some liquids. Using a cone bottom tank for some applications can save money and time when compared to a flat bottom tank. Our Conical Water Tanks are available with 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60-degree cone.

This cone angle ensures maximum performance, with even the most viscous liquids not building up inside the tank. The stepper cone has also been tested and proved as most effective for solids settling, sludge tank and solids separation applications.

These conical bottom water tanks are suitable for liquids with a specific gravity of 1.5. All tanks come with a lid that can be vented or non – vented. A heavy-duty galvanised steel support frame is supplied as standard, also available without frame. This storage tank is ideal for applications as a mixing tank.

Rotationally Moulded Cone Bottom Tanks

In natural these medium density food grade polyethene, our plastic cone tanks permit easy viewing of content level in natural light. These polyethene cone tanks are rotationally moulded from UV stabilised and offer good chemical resistance for the storage of chemical, acids as well as water. Conical Tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer and DWI approved and meet the specific requirements of Regulation 31.
